I'm Andrew Garcia

Founder of The Arena. My journey from the structured world of military service to the dynamic and rewarding arena of tech sales is the cornerstone of my mission: to empower veterans transitioning into civilian life with the tools, skills, and mindset needed to thrive in tech sales roles.

I've taken everything I've learned and poured it into The Arena. All the experiences from the bottom of the valley - nearly quitting sales career in my first six months, to the top of the mountain - being number one on my team at Salesforce. 

During my tenure, particularly the impactful years at Salesforce, I grew a business from $110K in revenue to over $10M in just four years. These experiences taught me more than just how to sell; they taught me the importance of vision, strong mindset, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.

My mission is to pass it on to the next generation of sellers.
