For candidates
Join teams where the work matters
We place operators, engineers, sellers and leaders into defense and national security companies. Here is how that works, and what you can expect from us.
Why this sector
The work matters
The problems you solve reach past the bottom line. The people using what you build are the ones who need it to work, on the day it has to.
The sector is growing fast
Defense tech is scaling quickly, and early roles at growing companies carry scope you would wait years for elsewhere.
Hard technical problems
Autonomy, AI and machine learning, space systems, and cyber, applied to real operational constraints rather than a demo.
How it works
Submit your profile
Send your resume and tell us about your experience, clearance level, and what you want next. More detail means a better match.
Initial screening
We review your profile within two to three business days, looking at background, clearance status, and fit against companies in our network.
Opportunity matching
When we see a strong match we come to you with the full picture: the role, the mission, the compensation, and the honest case for why it could be your next chapter. We do not pitch jobs.
Interview preparation
You get background on the company, what they tend to probe for, and guidance on showing both your skills and your fit with the mission.
Interview and offer
We coordinate the process and carry feedback both ways. When an offer arrives we help you evaluate it and negotiate terms.
Onboarding
Support does not stop at acceptance. We help with the transition, including clearance transfers where they apply, and check in through your first months.

If nothing on the board fits today, we still want to know what you are looking for. Most of the people we place were not looking when we found them. Email info@arena.vet with your resume and the kind of role you want next.
